Full Circle Childbirth Consultants classes are designed to provide comprehensive preparation for the childbearing year. While classes are aimed at providing intensive support for parents who prefer low intervention birth and early parenting, our classes review current developments in birthing and infant feeding, medical options and the various alternatives available during and after the birth experience. Childbirth preparation classes meet for two hours once a week for six weeks, and are generally held on weekday evenings. You will have the best results if you plan on finishing your class series two to three weeks before your due date. Private classes are also available to accommodate individual needs and preferences. All FCCC classes are taught by certified instructors familiar with area physicians, certified nurse-midwives and hospitals. Our instructors love to teach, and share a commitment to ensuring that parents are well-prepared for birth, infancy and early parenting. In addition to childbirth preparation, we offer VBAC classes (vaginal birth after Caesarean), breastfeeding classes, sibling classes and parenting classes.
